Chris Baeza, Human Resources Coordinator

Chris joined the Corelation, Inc. team from the public sector, where he worked in Human Resources as an analyst. He began his Human Resources career by interning for his County’s fire department, primarily working as an assistant to the recruiter. This eventually led his career trajectory into this field with an emphasis in recruiting. Since he has started working for Corelation, Inc., Chris has been using his skills and experience to recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to the Corelation family.

Chris is an accomplished and motivated individual who knows the value of hard work. He continuously strives to be better at his position and is always looking for ways to enhance his skills and interests. On the weekends, you can see Chris exploring all areas of San Diego, whether it be at the beach, one of many hiking trails, or checking out local restaurants and breweries.
