Lori Paige, Product Manager
Lori joins the Corelation Product Management team with over 25 years of experience
in the IT industry. As the Director of Customer Support, she was responsible for
planning, developing, and managing a team consisting of call center, training and
implementation analysts. Her division managed the conversion of all new business
which included the planning and procuring of system architecture, preparing the
core system for implementation, working in partnership with the clients during time
of conversion, and overseeing the testing, training and negotiations of enhancement
requests. Lori helped develop and maintain Service Level Agreements with each customer
and established and monitored repeatable processes and measurements to maximize team
effort, improve quality of service, and reduce recurring contacts with the call center.
Lori also assisted in developing new company level Mission, Vision and Core Beliefs
and helped transform the company’s culture to one focused on customer service. She
also drove a number of the improvements that were instrumental in having the company
she worked for be recognized by Computer World Magazine as one of the Best Places to
Work in IT.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Texas University with a major in
Computer Science and a minor in Business Management. Outside of her professional interests,
she enjoys traveling with her family, biking, skiing, and playing tennis.
