JOHN LANDIS
Founder and Chairman
John Landis has more than 40 years of credit union software development experience as the principal architect, including Keystone, of three major credit union data processing platforms—one introduced in the late 1970s, another in the mid-1980s. All are still being sold today. To many, John is an industry icon. John’s commitment to investing his vast experience and talent in his third system, KeyStone, is great news for credit unions.

THERESA BENAVIDEZ

Theresa Benavidez has spent her entire career working directly with clients in the credit union industry. Her primary focus has always been in the areas of client service and product deployment to ensure the success of conversions, system upgrades, and client support. Beyond her experience, what sets Theresa apart is her ability to do so with an ever-present cheerfulness, flexibility, and determination to get the job done right.

Rob has dedicated his career to providing an exceptional experience to Corelation’s clients. Early on, Rob pursued that goal through a variety of roles on the company’s front lines, collaborating with our early adopters on training, business analysis, project management, support, and many other capacities. That experience instilled a passion for service and client advocacy in Rob that he brought to bear in his evolving role in senior leadership. Now serving as President, Rob is committed to driving Corelation toward its bright future in the credit union industry without ever compromising the values that have gotten us to this point.

JEFF DENT
Chief Innovation Officer
Jeff Dent is a technology veteran with almost two decades of experience in credit union software development. He gained extensive experience enhancing credit union cores by designing custom solutions and user interfaces for credit unions nationwide. Jeff uses his intricate knowledge of leading technology trends, software development, and security to guide the company’s overall technological direction as well as manage the day-to-day software development.
“My goal is to look beyond today’s challenges to how we can align ourselves with where technology is heading. That way, we will position our clients to continue be competitive with evolving technology changes and ensure KeyStone continues to be an industry leader.”

Chief Revenue Officer
Tim Maron has worked in the credit union industry since the late 1980s. His experience in Project Management as well as Account Management gave him opportunities to work with a diverse group of clients, building many long-term relationships in the process. Tim’s role at Corelation is focused on serving as the strategic consultant and advocate for our valued clients, all while broadening and deepening relationships across our client base.

LORI PAIGE

Lori brings over 25 years of system implementation and operations management to Corelation along with 10 years of executive leadership experience in the IT industry. Lori is passionate about building trust to strengthen client relationships and strives to maintain a culture of collaboration.

Nathan Nouskajian serves as our Chief Legal Officer bringing with him years of experience providing legal counsel to businesses in the technology and software industries. Prior to joining Corelation, Nathan practiced law at Cooley LLP where he served as Special Counsel representing both public and privately-held companies in general corporate matters as well as a wide range of transactions.

DAWN SIRRAS
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Dawn brings over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry. She has applied her talent across a myriad of roles, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Experience Officer, Head of Product Development, SVP of Fintech Partnerships, and Principal Consultant. Dawn has led core processing system conversions, application development teams, industry collaboration groups, and corporate strategic planning initiatives for both wholesale and retail financial institutions, as well as emerging software companies.

Margarita boasts an impressive career spanning over two decades, marked by her unwavering commitment to the financial sector and her multifaceted expertise in accounting and banking operations. BRENT EVANS
Director of Software Services
As the Director of Software Services, Brent Evans leads the process and service side of Corelation’s development team. He leverages his leadership development and process analysis experience to implement efficient processes to create high-quality, reliable products and services. Prior to joining Corelation, Brent served in leadership roles at Seattle Children’s Hospital after spending more than two decades at Watermark Credit Union in the Seattle area, where his results-driven big picture thinking and innovative solutions with their core processor led him to serve as the Senior Vice President Operations & Information Technology.

ASHLEY UPDIKE
Director of Project Management
As the Director of Corelation’s Project Management Office, Ashley leads the project management teams that are responsible for the planning and execution of core conversions, special projects, and internal projects. Prior to joining Corelation, Ashley spent 6 years managing strategic initiatives and corporate projects, including successfully leading Centris Federal Credit Union’s core system RFP search and core conversion project with 30+ vendor integrations to Corelation’s KeyStone. Ashley has 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, having served in roles including AVP Project Management, VP/Regional Manager, PMO Manager, and Project Manager. She has worked at credit unions and community banks, including Centris FCU, Security National Bank, Missouri Credit Union, and Boone County National Bank.

BRUCE BURKHARDT

Bruce Burkhardt has spent his entire professional career in the software development industry and the last 18 plus years with credit union core processors. Behind his passion for service excellence, he directs and leads the day to day client service operations as well as the long-term strategic credit union partnerships.

CRISTAL KURTZ
Director of Human Resources
As the Director of Human Resources at Corelation, Inc., Cristal brings over 25 years of advanced Human Resources leadership to Corelation, Inc. including employee relations, labor law, policies and procedures, compensation, pension, payroll, benefits, performance, life cycle recruiting and onboarding, career development, succession planning, and compliance. Cristal’s extensive career has included leadership positions at high-growth national and international companies in a variety of industries, including non-profits, national news, e-forensics, software development start-ups, and wealth management, and private banking.
Cristal is known for “meeting you where you are in life and in career”, HR growth strategies, leading from behind to develop staff, approachability, and her calming presence and influence. “I am thrilled to be a part of a dynamic, respected, and cutting edge fintech company that places the utmost importance on client relations and employee relations.”

JUSTIN MECKLENBORG
Director of Business Development
Justin graduated from the University of San Diego and from there went on to work in computer programming, which in turn eventually transitioned him into the financial world of asset-backed lending. After working with investment banks and hedge funds in risk assessment and lending, he joined the Client Relations team with Corelation and is now the Director of Business Development.

ROGER SCULLION
Information Security Officer
Roger Scullion is constantly seeking to stay ahead of the technological advancements affecting our industry, and most importantly to have a point of view on what risks come with those technologies. Previously having led professional services for a central credit union in Canada, Roger uses his background to advise on internal solutions that improve client service while not compromising security or the integrity of our role as a core software developer. Roger currently manages Corelation’s independent service auditor’s examination, including related sub-service organization controls and business continuity planning.

RON YESHULAS
Director of Vendor Relations
As Director of Vendor Relations, Ron Yeshulas builds and maintains relationships with the vendor partners that provide services to our mutual clients. Ron works to expand the availability of vendors by identifying new partners that offer products and services that are beneficial for our clients. Ron has spent close to two decades in the credit union and core processing industry, having previously supervised internet and telephone banking implementation and support teams. He has also worked on projects ranging from small home banking projects to large mobile procurement projects for organizations with locations throughout the United States.
“My goal is to expand the Corelation vendor ecosystem to enable our clients to do more with their vendors,” says Ron. “Corelation has put together a great team of some of the best people in the industry and I’m glad to be a part of it!”

EBEN MAAT
Director of Software Development
Eben is the Director of Software Development and Hardware Services at Corelation, where he leads the Hardware Services Team and all the development teams, including Batch Script, Cards, Conversion, Core, Interfaces, Reports, and UI. With almost 30 years of leadership experience and over 17 years of working with Credit Union Cores, Eben brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His focus is on providing a quality product to the industry that meets and exceeds the needs of Credit Union and Vendor partners.
Eben is deeply passionate about technology and helping others succeed. He is committed to delivering exceptional results and strives to continuously improve the products and services offered by Corelation. Eben firmly believes that the key to success lies in building strong relationships and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

MARGIE LANE
Controller
Margie Lane, as the Controller at Corelation, plays a pivotal role in the company’s financial management. Since joining the team in 2012, her responsibilities encompass a wide range of financial tasks. These include preparing periodic reports, managing the audit process, handling income tax returns, and sales tax filings, overseeing expense reports, managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing hardware and supplies, participating in the AOP process, and ensuring the completion of annual filing requirements for multiple states. Alongside her diverse range of financial tasks, Margie also takes great pleasure in mentoring her staff and assisting them in achieving their goals. Before joining Corelation, Margie devoted over 18 years to the credit union software industry, serving as a Controller alongside John Landis and Theresa Benavidez.

MICHELE AGUAYO

As the Director of Corelation’s Conversion Services, Michele leads the teams (Core Services, Card Services, Integration Services, Account Services, Education and Documentation Services) that are responsible for the execution of core conversions and special projects, documentation, and Internal Education. Prior to joining Corelation, she participated in several strategic initiatives and corporate projects, including conversion of core systems, call center solutions, online banking systems, lending platform, and collection software. Michele has 35 years of leadership experience in the credit union industry, having served in roles including VP Contact Center, AVP Contact Center, AVP Collections Contact Manager, Financial Services Administrator, and Loan Quality Control Officer.

ROSIE BENNETT
Senior Manager, Education Services
Having spent more than 23 years in the credit union industry, Rosie Bennett joined Corelation in 2014. As the Senior Manager of the Education & Documentation Services divisions, her teams are comprised of Software Training Specialists, Internal Education Specialists, and Technical Writers. Rosie oversees all the training of our clients and employees, as well as all the documentation related to our core system, KeyStone. Her early interest in training and employee development has evolved into a strong passion that she carries with her throughout her career. Rosie’s affinity for observing people progress and excel in their careers translates into her being a great leader for her teams.

JUNY PRICE
Senior Manager, Cards & Integration Services
As the Senior Manager of Corelation’s Cards and Integration Services, Juny Price oversees all card services and integrations through the implementation process for clients who are moving onto the KeyStone core. Juny regularly works with our vendor partners and manages clients on any vendor changes, ensuring those implementation processes are successful. Prior to joining Corelation, Juny brings over 15 years of experience in the credit union industry, 12 of which were dedicated to management. With a master’s degree in organizational leadership, Juny is passionate about guiding and motivating her teams to reach their maximum potential. Her enthusiasm lies in cultivating teams that achieve excellence, and she constantly seeks ways to enhance KeyStone’s performance.

RICK THOMPSON
Senior Manager, Core Development Services
As the Senior Manager of Software Development, Richard “Rick” Thompson is responsible for managing all core software developers in the Development Services organization, including the developers for our User Interface (UI), KeyBridge API, the backend “Core” of KeyStone, Interfaces to KeyStone, and all of our Cards development. These teams are integral to the functionality and design of our system. Prior to Corelation, Rick held a variety of roles within the computer software industry throughout his life, encompassing IT, communications intelligence, electronic intelligence, CIO positions, and even obtaining a Top Secret clearance in the Marine Corps. Rick’s extensive experience in software development management fuels his enthusiasm for creating remarkably successful technical teams.

ALICIA HENNEMUTH
Senior Manager, Conversion Development Services
As the Senior Manager of Conversion and Batch Script & Report Development, Alicia oversees all phases of the clients’ conversion implementation process, ensuring their smooth transition to KeyStone. Alicia’s journey in the credit union industry began over a decade ago, and in 2015, she joined Corelation, where she held diverse roles leading numerous core conversions for clients. In 2019, Alicia embraced a managerial role, spearheading the Conversion Development Services. This transition allowed her to leverage her deep understanding of front-end core systems and conversion processes to lead the team in delivering exceptional results.

ROSANNA BALUCA
Senior Manager, Project Management Office
As the PMO Senior Manager, Rosanna oversees core conversion projects and professional services for all credit union clients. Her teams guide clients through implementations and engagements, serving as the central point of communication and ensuring accountability within project teams. Before joining Corelation, Rosanna dedicated over 18 years to management roles at a local credit union in San Diego. What truly drives Rosanna is her passion for working with people and fostering professional development. Throughout her career, she has found immense pride in leadership roles, where she has the opportunity to mentor and empower others to succeed.
